How It Works


1. Assessment (5 minutes)

We identify your current state:

This determines the direction of the session.


2. Somatic Reset (15–20 minutes)

We use targeted somatic techniques that directly influence the autonomic nervous system.

Examples include:

  • Changing breath mechanics to reduce sympathetic arousal
  • Orienting exercises that calm the threat response
  • Releasing muscular holding patterns linked to chronic stress
  • Vagal nerve stimulation through voice, breath, and gentle movement

This shifts your body from a stress state (fight/flight/freeze) into a regulated one.


3. Resourcing (10–12 minutes)

Once your system starts recalibrating, we reinforce it with tools that increase:

  • Emotional capacity
  • Internal stability
  • Cognitive clarity
  • Sensory grounding

This step prevents you from snapping back into overwhelm after the session.


4. Integration Plan (5–8 minutes)

We finish with a short, personalised plan you can use immediately:
